Website: The HR Generalist plays a vital role in the overall success of the facility. The HR Generalist is responsible for providing support to the HR Director/Manager, related to facility and department goals and objectives. The HR Generalist assists in multiple areas of HR including recruitment, employee relations, retention strategies, and performance management. This position allows the Generalist to be involved in all facets of Human Resources.
