Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Family Medicine Physician, you will join a well established physician group at CommonSpirit Memorial Medical Group, Family Medicine, located in Chickamauga, GA. In this role, you will conduct thorough patient evaluations, leveraging your expertise to accurately diagnose and expertly treat a wide array of medical conditions. You will provide essential preventive care, guide patients through health maintenance strategies, and empower them with crucial patient education. Your responsibilities will also include adeptly managing chronic diseases, performing minor procedures, and strategically coordinating care with specialists, all while diligently building lasting patient and family relationships. You will meticulously document all encounters, communicate effectively with patients, and ensure strict adherence to evidence based guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. To be successful in this role, you will possess broad clinical expertise in family medicine, strong diagnostic acumen, and demonstrate a compassionate, holistic approach to patient care. You must be committed to fostering enduring patient relationships and dedicated to continuous professional development. Lead comprehensive, continuous, and patient centered medical care for individuals and families across all life stages, significantly impacting community health outcomes. Required Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine AHA BLS Certification Ability to obtain an active medical license & DEA in the state Georgia and/ or Tennessee

Pay Range
$270,004 - $270,004 /year
