Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Level 1 - Retread Operations · Salt Lake, UT Mon–Fri, no weekends Location: N Salt Lake City, UT, US FLSA Status: non-exempt Reports to: Store Manager (or similar position) Job Type: Full time POSITION OVERVIEW You’ll work hands‑on in our retread manufacturing operation—operating machinery, maintaining your workspace, and producing high‑quality retreaded tires that keep commercial fleets on the road. No prior tire experience required; we train you on the equipment and processes from day one. As you build skills, you advance through a structured Level 1 → 2 → 3 pay ladder with clear criteria at each step. Pay range: $20.00–$26.00/hr — grows with your skill level Production bonus: up to $700/month — eligible after 60 days JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Operate assigned machines — buffer, builder, extruder, chambers, skiver, and/or final inspector Assist with retread manufacturing and maintain production quality to Commercial Tire specifications Perform minor equipment maintenance and keep your work area clean, safe, and organized Follow Commercial Tire safety guidelines and contribute to a team‑first culture of continuous improvement QUALIFICATIONS – preferred Must be 18 years or older (required) High school diploma or equivalent Comfortable reading technical or operational manuals Reliable, detail‑oriented, and ready to learn — we invest in people who show up and put in the effort #J-18808-Ljbffr
