Luxor Staffing is hiring an HR Administrator starting at $23 and up per hour with 1st shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Duties and responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of the human resources policies, procedures and practices including the development of job description for all staff
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
• Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits; Manage processing of benefit claim (Health, COBRA, Workers Compensation, Disability, PTO)
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Develops contract terms for Temporary employment, new hires, promotions and transfers.
• Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs related to Audits and OSHA Requirements.
• Payroll Bi-weekly management
• Developing and executing health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines; Safety Injury Prevention.
• Recruit, interview and select staff that have the right technical and personal abilities to help further the organization's mission
• Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
• Company events management
• Food safety team member

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Problem solving and troubleshooting
• MS Office
