Position Overview
Location: Bronx, NY
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $55.00–$60.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI examinations using high-field strength MRI equipment according to established protocols.
- Screen patients for MRI safety, review medical history, and identify potential contraindications.
- Prepare and position patients using appropriate immobilization and safety equipment.
- Explain MRI procedures and provide support to ensure patient comfort and cooperation.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology, Radiology, or related field.
- Active state licensure required.
- MRI Technologist experience required.
- ARRT certification preferred.
- Experience operating MRI equipment and following safety protocols.
