Program Manager – Capital Projects (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

We are seeking a mid-level Program Manager to support capital projects ranging from $10M–$25M within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role focuses on driving project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting large-scale site expansion initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for mid-scale capital projects
• Coordinate with Engineering, Validation, Quality, Manufacturing, and external vendors
• Support execution of site expansion initiatives and ensure key milestones are met
• Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary
• Ensure alignment with GMP and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of project or program management experience
• Experience managing capital projects in the $10M–$25M range
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience required
• Strong understanding of GMP and regulated environments
• Proven ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Experience

• API manufacturing experience (highly preferred)
• Fill-finish, parenteral, or device assembly GMP experience
• Experience supporting site expansions or large capital initiatives
