ABA Behavior Analyst Join our team to help individuals overcome challenges through behavior analysis. The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) develops and supervises behavior intervention plans for children with autism, creating personalized treatment strategies based on assessments like ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and others. They monitor progress, provide direct therapy when needed, and conduct parent training. Responsibilities include assessing learners, supervising program implementation across various settings, and training staff and families. They participate in meetings, support staff development, and ensure adherence to BACB guidelines. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field (preferably in Applied Behavior Analysis), BCBA certification, Michigan licensure, and at least 2 years working with youth with autism.
