Experienced Probate Paralegal

Job Description We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Probate Paralegal to support attorneys in all aspects of probate and estate administration. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service during sensitive life transitions. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with probate and estate administration matters from opening through closing Prepare and file probate documents with Ohio and Kentucky courts Draft correspondence, inventories, accountings, applications, and related pleadings Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and court personnel Gather and organize estate assets and financial information Monitor deadlines and maintain case management systems Coordinate appointments, hearings, and document execution Assist with trust administration and related estate matters Qualifications Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal experience preferred 2+ years of probate, estate administration, or estate planning experience preferred Knowledge of Ohio and Kentucky probate procedures is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays 401(K) Plan Professional development and continuing education support Collaborative and supportive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Barron Peck Bennie & Schlemmer Co LPA
