Job Details:

• Duration: Starting 08/10/2026
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, Day shift (7:00 AM 7:00 PM)
• Required Qualifications: Indiana RN license required; BLS (AHA) certification; minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting; minimum 1 year experience on a Medical Surgical Floor; valid license to submit
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required to other units/departments
• Additional Information:
  • Unit notes include local rate policies applicable to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles.
  • Call off policy allows cancellations up to 24 hours for every 13-week assignment.
  • Orientation includes scavenger hunt and one day supervised on the unit after Jumpstart orientation.
  • Mandatory attendance for all 8 days of orientation, scheduled Monday to Friday in week 1 and Monday to Tuesday in week 2, with 8-hour days.
  • Charting system utilized: EPIC.
  • No bed size or number of rooms specified.
  • Nurse to patient ratio: 5:1.
  • Dress code: Caribbean blue scrubs.
