About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of decarbonizing industrial thermal energy use with renewable solutions. The successful candidate will be at the helm of a pivotal transition, moving from a successful coalition model to a fully independent, scaled nonprofit enterprise. The CEO will be responsible for advancing the organization's mission, driving strategic growth, ensuring financial sustainability, and fostering operational excellence. This role demands a visionary strategist to shape long-term direction, a builder and operator to establish internal systems and capacity, an external ambassador to cultivate partnerships and funding, and a coalition builder to align diverse stakeholders. The ideal CEO will also serve as an industry catalyst, elevating the organization's brand and influence through global programs and initiatives.
