Speech and Language Pathologist - Seattle, WA

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for the 2026-2027 school year at a small K-12 charter school located in Seattle, WA. This contract position involves working with a diverse K-12 caseload, providing speech and language services to support student communication and academic success.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students across all grade levels (K-12)
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training

Qualifications:

• Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working in school settings preferred, especially with K-12 populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and staff
• Ability to manage a caseload independently with attention to detail and organization
• Willingness to consider travel candidates for this position
