The organization values grit, accuracy, and cultural fit — estimators here work hard, support one another, and embrace the competitive nature of the bid environment.Electrical Estimator ResponsibilitiesPerform complete take-offs and develop competitive cost estimates for commercial, industrial, healthcare, institutional, and public projectsEstimate both hard bid (plan/spec) and negotiated design-build projectsUtilize McCormick or AccuBid to prepare detailed proposals and final bid submissionsCollaborate internally with leadership and fellow estimators for multi-level review prior to bid submissionSupport pricing of change orders on awarded projectsParticipate in design-build discussions, assisting GCs and owners with value engineering and cost guidanceTransition awarded work to Project Management teams with clear documentation and scope alignmentElectrical Estimator Qualifications3–10+ years of commercial electrical estimating experienceProficiency in McCormick or AccuBid (required)Experience estimating projects ranging from $100K to $10M+Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documentsField experience as an electrician or foreman strongly preferredExperience supporting RFIs, material take-offs, and cost trackingComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume bidding environmentWhat Makes This Opportunity Different100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) matchKPI-based bonus programHybrid flexibility (experience dependent)Team-based review culture — no estimator operates on an islandClear internal growth path within a company committed to promotion from within
