Maintain expertise in cutting-edge industry technologies, incorporating them into training material to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the field. Perform thorough needs analyses to identify knowledge gaps and training requirements, crafting strategic plans to address these areas. Produce and upkeep an array of training materials and documents, providing a foundation for continuous learning and support across the organization. Gather, evaluate, and act on feedback from all training initiatives, aiming for continuous improvement and effectiveness of the training programs. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Substantial experience in a technical training role, with a track record of developing and implementing successful training programs. A strong foundation in relevant technological domains and the capacity to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage a diverse audience. Knowledge of instructional design principles and the ability to apply them to create impactful training experiences. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the capability to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously. Certifications in relevant technical fields (such as Microsoft Certified Trainer or Cisco Certified Trainer) will be an added advantage.
