Job Title: Social Media Coordinator

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to support the planning, creation, scheduling, and management of social media content across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, understands social media trends, and can help maintain a consistent, engaging, and strategic online presence for our brand and clients.

Key Responsibilities

● Create, schedule, and manage social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Google Business Profile ● Write and edit captions that align with brand voice and platform best practices ● Create graphics and simple visual content using Canva or similar tools ● Monitor comments, messages, and engagement activity as directed ● Maintain content calendars and keep posting schedules organized and on track ● Research industry trends, content ideas, and platform updates ● Gather performance data for monthly social media reports ● Help ensure social content is accurate, on-brand, and approved before publishing ● Coordinate with team members on content updates, revisions, approvals, and deadlines

Qualifications

● Strong written communication and proofreading skills ● Familiarity with major social media platforms and best practices ● Basic graphic design experience, preferably in Canva or Adobe Express ● Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized ● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines ● Comfortable working independently and collaboratively ● Prior social media, marketing, or communications experience is preferred

Preferred Skills

● Experience scheduling content through social media management tools ● Basic understanding of analytics and engagement metrics ● Ability to adapt tone and messaging for different brands and audiences ● Interest in digital marketing, branding, and content strategy
