Description: General Labor Services HIRING Production Worker for our client in Salem, VA Area:

As a Production worker, you will be essential to support daily operations in a precast concrete manufacturing facility. This hands-on role involves preparing, assembling, finishing, and inspecting concrete products used in infrastructure and construction projects.

Responsibilities:
Prepare molds and materials for concrete production
Pour, smooth, and finish concrete products
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Assist with assembling rebar cages and reinforcement structures
Perform basic repairs and quality checks on finished products
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions
Lift and move materials throughout the facility
Support team members in meeting daily production goals

Qualifications:
Manufacturing, construction, or concrete experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
Comfortable performing physical labor and lifting heavy materials
Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
Strong attendance and teamwork skills
Welding or forklift experience is a plus
