Classic BMW in Willoughby Hills, Ohio is seeking an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our Service team.

We are looking for an ambitious automotive service professional with at least one (1) year of experience as a Service Advisor/Writer in an automotive dealership or professional automotive repair facility.

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service technicians. Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and identify their vehicle service and repair needs
• Prepare accurate repair orders and clearly communicate recommended services
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Review estimates, repair timelines, and completed services with customers
• Coordinate closely with technicians and other Service Department personnel
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
• Provide a professional, positive customer experience from arrival through vehicle delivery
• Build long-term customer relationships through strong communication, follow-up, and exceptional service
• Maintain the high level of professionalism and customer service expected of the BMW brand

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of professional Automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience required
• Automotive dealership or professional repair facility experience preferred
• Luxury or premium automotive experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Service Department
• Professional, dependable, organized, and customer-focused
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to effectively manage multiple customers and repair orders
• Desire to grow professionally and advance within the organization
