Job Details

RN-Case Manager travel nurse jobs at the facility in Fort Worth, TX let you coordinate patient care and discharge planning in a dynamic hospital environment. You will assess patient needs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document care using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.You must have an active Texas or compact state Registered Nurse (RN) license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and at least two years of recent case management or acute care nursing experience.
