Global VP of Compensation Strategy & Programs
The Blackstone Group L.P.
Blackstone seeks a senior compensation professional to lead the design, implementation, and governance of compensation programs across the firm. You will ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and adherence to regulations while partnering with Finance and HR to drive strategic rewards initiatives.
