Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team. Under the supervision of a physician, the PA/NP will provide high-quality patient care, assist with examinations and treatments, evaluate patient conditions, maintain accurate medical records, and educate patients regarding their care plans. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform medical examinations and patient assessments using standard clinical procedures.
• Obtain and document patient medical histories, symptoms, and vital signs.
• Observe, assess, and document patient conditions, reactions, and progress.
• Order and assist with diagnostic testing as appropriate.
• Provide treatments and assist with minor procedures, including suturing when applicable.
• Monitor patients and communicate changes in condition to the supervising physician.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and practice protocols.
• Apply primary care principles and established clinical guidelines.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.

Qualifications

Education & Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current PA or NP certification.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure.
• Must maintain all required professional certifications and credentials.

Experience

• Prior clinical experience is preferred but not required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Language Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive clinical tasks.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
• Good vision, hearing, and manual dexterity.
• Ability to operate medical and office equipment.
• Ability to perform clinical duties safely and effectively.
