Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team. Under the supervision of a physician, the PA/NP will provide high-quality patient care, assist with examinations and treatments, evaluate patient conditions, maintain accurate medical records, and educate patients regarding their care plans. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform medical examinations and patient assessments using standard clinical procedures.
- Obtain and document patient medical histories, symptoms, and vital signs.
- Observe, assess, and document patient conditions, reactions, and progress.
- Order and assist with diagnostic testing as appropriate.
- Provide treatments and assist with minor procedures, including suturing when applicable.
- Monitor patients and communicate changes in condition to the supervising physician.
- Prescribe medications in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and practice protocols.
- Apply primary care principles and established clinical guidelines.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
Qualifications
Education & Licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current PA or NP certification.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure.
- Must maintain all required professional certifications and credentials.
Experience
- Prior clinical experience is preferred but not required.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Strong knowledge of medical practices, procedures, and patient-care protocols.
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform patient examinations and assist with diagnostics and treatments.
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare staff.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to follow clinical guidelines and adapt to established protocols.
- Basic understanding of medical calculations and arithmetic.
- Strong commitment to patient safety and quality of care.
Language Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive clinical tasks.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
- Good vision, hearing, and manual dexterity.
- Ability to operate medical and office equipment.
- Ability to perform clinical duties safely and effectively.
