Position Overview As an Agent Team Member, you will establish and nurture customer relationships, educate clients on insurance options using a needs‑based review process, and work toward meeting sales goals in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Benefits Base salary plus commission/bonus. Group health plan; $300 monthly allowance. Dental and vision coverage paid by owner. Group life coverage $75,000 paid by owner. 401k with 4% match. Compensation $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year. Requirements Bilingual, Spanish required. Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain). Life and Health license (must be able to obtain). Availability to work 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday‑Friday. Bachelor's degree preferred.
