Technical Specialist- Junior

NCDOT is seeking a Front End Vue JS developer /SharePoint 2019 on Premise Developer for continued development of ECM construction & preconstruction sites. The candidate must come onsite on the first day to collect equipment. All candidates must be currently local to the Triangle region of North Carolina, and posting may require up to 1-2 days per month in a Triangle area office for meetings.

This contractor must have strong experience building VueJS (angularJS ok) applications against SharePoint 2019 rest APIs. PWA service workers and offline support. Must have extensive experience building very large SharePoint repositories with out-of-the-box SP views, lists & libraries in SharePoint 2019 on-premise. Must have a detailed understanding of SharePoint architecture & schema. Must have experience using PowerShell scripting to efficiently update and manage very large SharePoint repositories using CSOM, PNPSharePoint, and SSOM. This contractor should have a strong understanding of PowerAutomate, Nintex & SharePoint 2013 workflows. The contractor should also be very familiar with Asp.net C# development, particularly with interfacing with SharePoint. The contractor is responsible for Front End Vue Application Development, SharePoint page design, SP site & structure design, applying web parts and wireframes, creation of UI elements, and creation of layout templates based on the needs of the business unit.
