Emergency Room RN Opportunity

Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN for a 13-week assignment in a busy trauma Level 3 department. This role requires a dedicated professional capable of providing high-quality, autonomous patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients.
• Prescribe and delegate nursing interventions according to patient needs.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation and develop comprehensive Nursing Care Plans.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Supervise and guide assigned personnel to maintain unit efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with at least three years of ER experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in emergency nursing procedures and protocols.
• Possess strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
• Have current BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
