We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Marketing Programs and Communications with a proven track record in communications and campaign execution to drive new business acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will plan and run integrated, multi-channel marketing programs across digital, email, social, and content, while driving brand voice and external communications to market. You will work closely with product marketing, sales, and executive leadership to turn go-to-market strategy into measurable programs and a consistent, credible market presence. This role pairs hands-on campaign execution with clear, compelling writing in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Set and execute an integrated, multi-channel plan that spans campaigns, webinars, email/nurture, social, content, events, and corporate communications, translating go-to-market strategy into measurable programs delivered on time and on budget.

· Run paid and earned media partner/publisher programs such as sponsored content, newsletters, webinars, video, and track delivery from creative to performance recap.

· Draft and distribute press releases, manage agency/analyst/media relationships, and build executive visibility and thought-leadership programs that increases Reveleer’s brand awareness.

· Manage brand voice and messaging consistency across every channel, from web and social to press relations and internal communications.

· Measure, report, and optimize performance against engagement, lead conversion, marketing-qualified lead criteria, and pipeline goals, and refine programs based on data and outcomes.

· Oversee and implement strategies for customer retention and expansion, focusing on nurturing existing relationships and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology or SaaS, spanning marketing communications and campaign execution, 2+ years of healthcare or healthcare SaaS experience required.

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or a related field.

· Proven success in building integrated, multi-channel marketing programs on time and on budget.

· Excellent verbal and executive communication skills, and a self-directed, organized operating style in fast-moving environments.

· Proficient with website CMS, marketing automation, and CRM (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).

· Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead through influence across cross-functional teams.

· Experience with mentoring team members and managing freelancers or agencies.

· Willingness and ability to travel for industry events, company meetings, or team collaboration, as needed to support marketing initiatives.
