This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to lead innovation, engineer impact, and build a legacy of excellence.In the role of Senior Electrical Technical Specialist, we'll count on you to: Perform engineering assignments under the direct supervision of a licensed engineerDesign tasks involving judgment in evaluating, selecting and applying engineering techniques and proceduresProduction of design drawings and construction documents through the use of computer aided design and other design softwarePreparation of design and quantity calculationsPreparation of specifications and contract documentsOther duties as assigned by the supervising engineerCoordination with other disciplines as necessaryWhen required, coordinate the work of one or more Technical SpecialistsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineeringQualificationsRequired Qualifications Associate's degree in engineering or related field of study or equivalent work experienceA minimum of 15 years of engineering experience in the discipline to be supportedAptitude and demonstrated hands-on experience with computer applications specific to the discipline to be supportedExtensive knowledge of industry standards specific to the discipline being supportedProven ability to work in multi-disciplinary environmentsProficient with Microsoft OfficeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
