As part of the Product Manager team located in Paris (14th), and reporting to Christelle, Head of Product Manager, you develop your portfolio of Inorganic Salt products in the French market. You provide value-added solutions to our customers and develop a strong relationship with your quality supplier partners. You:

• Propose and develop a product portfolio strategy by applying the Group's strategy
• Define objectives in terms of purchase volume and sales margin
• Know market evolutions, anticipate price and product availability variations
• Pilot the stock in line with the Group's strategy
• Ensure the interface with the supplier, define budgets, negotiate rates, set up purchase contracts, coordinate purchases in relation with the Procurement service, ensure supplier service delivery
• Ensure the development and animation of ranges with the sales force, analyze development projects and be a force of proposal to adapt the offer to customer needs
• Implement a marketing approach (sales support tools, market information, product sheets, product training), participate in client appointments, participate in different trade shows.

• Ideally, you hold a double expertise in Chemistry/Purchasing (engineer-type training), you have a strong appetite for commercial development with a current/bilingual level of English and have 5 years of experience in a similar position
• You are truly solution-oriented and you like to challenge yourself.
• With a strong commercial temperament, your relational skills and customer orientation are remarkable, and they allow you to achieve your objectives.
