Receiving Coordinator

Our client, a leading manufacturing and service organization, is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to join their team. As a Receiving Coordinator, you will be part of the Materials department supporting the Service team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Receiving Coordinator Location: Bellevue, WA Pay Range: $25-27 Shift: Day shift What’s the Job? Receive customer instruments, verify shipment contents, and accurately enter receipts into company systems. Inspect incoming shipments for visible damage and resolve discrepancies with appropriate teams. Label, identify, and route service instruments to the correct departments. Maintain accurate inventory transactions and documentation within ERP and warehouse management systems. Organize and maintain receiving areas to ensure efficient workflow and material traceability. What’s Needed? High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or a related environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
