• Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production employees while fostering teamwork, accountability, and positive employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturing procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing tools, including 5S, Visual Management, Kaizen, SMED, and mistake-proofing practices.
• Manage labor utilization, staffing, overtime, and manpower planning to meet production demands and budget targets.
• Support production scheduling, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, shipping, receiving, and capacity planning activities.
• Lead problem-solving efforts to improve operational performance, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report key performance metrics related to safety, quality, productivity, and delivery.
• Participate in audits, layered process reviews, and training programs to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
