Dean's Professional Services is now hiring for qualified  Medical Receptionist to work in the Katy area for a Large Healthcare Organization.

Medical Receptionist Job Details:

Location: Katy, TX 77450

Schedule:  Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Starting Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hourly + (Based on experience)

Temporary to hire

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the front-office point of contact and represent the organization in a professional and courteous manner.
• Welcome patients, visitors, clients, and staff and provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, messages, and inquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and administrative activities.
• Check-in/check-out, insurance verification, referrals, authorizations, and other administrative processes as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, correspondence, and files.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, leadership, and internal departments.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant or medical office experience preferred.
• Clean Power EMR experience preferred.
