A day in the life: Welcome every patient with a friendly smile and a warm, professional attitude Create a positive first impression for patients when they arrive at the office Answer incoming calls and help patients feel taken care of from the very first conversation Schedule appointments, manage patient communication, and keep the day running smoothly Verify patient information and insurance details with accuracy and attention to detail Balance multiple priorities while staying organized in a fast-paced environment Partner with the clinical team to provide a seamless patient experience What we\'re looking for: A genuinely friendly, outgoing person who enjoys helping people Someone who loves interacting with patients and making them feel welcome Strong phone skills and professional communication Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Comfortable multitasking while maintaining accuracy Reliable, positive, and willing to be part of a team Previous reception, hospitality, customer service, or dental experience is a plus — but not required!
