Business Development Representative As a Business Development Representative reporting to the Business Development Manager, Americas, you'll play a critical role in generating qualified pipeline and accelerating growth across global financial institutions for Nasdaq FinTech solutions. You bring strong communication skills, a global mindset, and a passion for financial services, technology, and building meaningful customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification across target financial institutions. Execute account-based prospecting strategies by identifying key stakeholders, business priorities, and growth opportunities within assigned accounts. Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, objectives, and buying processes. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Solution teams to drive pipeline creation and support revenue growth. Maintain accurate CRM data, track activities, and continuously optimize outreach strategies to improve performance. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Enterprise Prospecting. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to research, qualify, and prioritize opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling enterprise SaaS, FinTech, capital markets, banking, risk, compliance, or regulatory technology solutions. Understanding of financial institutions, capital markets, or broader financial services ecosystems. Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, Challenger, or similar frameworks. This position will be located in New York and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates. The base pay range for this role is $71,000 - $121,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
