Customer Care Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Shannon Till State Farm is hiring a Customer Care Representative in Winter Garden, FL who truly enjoys helping people — answering questions, solving problems, and making sure every customer feels taken care of. Candidates who are fluent or proficient in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support retention and loyalty
• Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews
• Serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers clearly and accurately
• Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention
• Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system
• Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
• Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required
• Fluent or proficient in Spanish and English, preferred
• Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license
• Positive, professional, customer-first attitude
• Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Pay range: $19-$25 per hour
