Additional information is available online at: and Job Description Assists with the deployment of new laptops and desktop as well as device upgrades. Provide technical support to end-users via ticket system, email, phone, or in-person. Maintains customer service by providing first-level hardware and software support as instructed by associate members Provide technical support to users including network connectivity, VPN and remote desktop. Coordinate the planning, implementation, and support for IT blueprints in M365/Office365 workloads and applications. Facilitate infrastructure lifecycle to ensure business continuity and reduced risk to operations. Track and monitor all support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-up Document IT procedures and create user guides. Work collaboratively within the Central Infrastructure network teams to ensure standards and processes are followed. Perform setup and maintenance of IT Infrastructure with guidance from senior team members. Contributes to project work assigned to the infrastructure team by completing a variety of assigned project tasks and duties with accuracy and timeliness Qualifications Pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field with a GPA of 2.8 or higher Fresher or entry-level candidate with strong foundational IT knowledge Proficiency in English (mandatory) with excellent written and verbal communication skills High energy, confidence, and effective communicator Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 OS, networking, servers, and storage systems Experience with or knowledge of Azure AD and Microsoft Office 365 Interest and passion for IT technologies and innovative IT solutions Self-motivated, structured, and results-driven mindset Flexible and adaptable to change, with ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Additional Information Be entrusted with your own area of responsibility Receive competitive internship allowances Join department’s outing activities Having 01 paid leave per month Lunch allowance, parking allowance #J-18808-Ljbffr Bosch
