Requirements

Minimum 35 years of experience as an automotive technician (import experience required) Expert-level diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting ability Proven track record of efficiency, accuracy, and high CSI performance Commitment to OEM repair procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols Dependable, self-driven, and capable of mentoring other technicians Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

What You'll Do

Perform advanced diagnostics, system repairs, and complex mechanical/electrical work on Kia vehicles Collaborate with service advisors and management to ensure clear communication and accurate repair documentation Lead by example support and mentor mid-level technicians as part of a collaborative team Maintain factory-level standards for quality, performance, and productivity Participate in ongoing Kia training and stay current with evolving technology Contribute to a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and customer satisfaction
