Experienced Used Car Technician McGrath Volkswagen of Marion
McGrath Volkswagen of Marion is seeking an Experienced Internal Used Car Technician to join our high-performing service team. Requirements:
- Proven diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Clear, professional communication with Service Advisors and teammates
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on productivity
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
What You'll Do:
- Inspect and diagnose incoming used vehicles for reconditioning
- Document findings and communicate repair needs to Service Advisors
- Order and install correct parts based on inspection results
- Perform repairs and reconditioning work to meet lot-ready standards
- Complete high-quality work with safety, efficiency, and accuracy
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and productive shop
