• Proven diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Clear, professional communication with Service Advisors and teammates

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

What You'll Do:

• Inspect and diagnose incoming used vehicles for reconditioning
• Document findings and communicate repair needs to Service Advisors
• Order and install correct parts based on inspection results
• Perform repairs and reconditioning work to meet lot-ready standards
• Complete high-quality work with safety, efficiency, and accuracy
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and productive shop
