Maintenance Technician

Description At MRK, our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for handling repairs, troubleshooting problems, and performing preventative maintenance across assigned properties. This role is essential in maintaining and enhancing the quality of the grounds and buildings, with a strong focus on completing work orders in a timely manner. Responsibilities Performs repairs, troubleshoots mechanical systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
