WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead & Support the Team Coach, mentor, and support Part Technicians Create a positive, accountable, and team‑oriented work environment Provide daily direction and operational support Assist in resolving customer or operational escalations Drive Operational Excellence Oversee daily parts operations and inventory coordination Ensure timely availability of parts to support customer and business needs Partner cross‑functionally to improve service, communication, and support processes Support continuous improvement initiatives across the department Improve Performance & Customer Experience Monitor team and operational performance metrics Review inventory trends, forecasting, and pricing accuracy Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and responsiveness Contribute to departmental goals and overall operational success Requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Compensation for this position includes a competitive base salary and annual uncapped bonus incentive tied to company goals and profitability.
