I'm partnering with a highly respected philanthropic foundation / nonprofit organization on a newly created Controller position reporting directly to an exceptional CFO. We're seeking a CPA (strongly preferred) with a well-rounded accounting background who has been exposed to a variety of business environments. While nonprofit or foundation experience is certainly helpful, the organization is specifically interested in candidates who bring broader accounting and finance experience and can introduce new ideas and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting expertise, leadership experience, a process-improvement mindset, and the ability to serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and leadership team.
