Compassionate Caregiver OpportunityComForCare Home Care - Contra Costa West is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Orinda, CA. If you have a heart for helping others, we'd love to have you on board!Responsibilities:Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressingProvide companionship and emotional support to clients and their familiesPrepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as neededPerform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean home environmentAssist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to prevent falls and ensure client safetyMonitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisorsAccompany clients to appointments and assist with medication remindersRequirements:Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferredGenuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individualsReliable transportation and valid driver's license preferredAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningStrong communication skills and a dependable, professional demeanorCPR/First Aid certification is a plusAbility to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as neededAbout Us:ComForCare Home Care - Contra Costa West is a trusted provider of in-home care services dedicated to helping clients live their best lives possible in the comfort of their own homes.
