Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 3-5 years in management, preferably in a restaurant setting. Hours: Ability to work 47.5-50 hours weekly, including flexible scheduling as needed. Skills & Abilities Basic computer skills. Financial acumen including budgeting and P&L management. Organizational and team-building skills. Problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills. Physical Requirements Long hours, standing, and working around heat and in close quarters.
