HVAC Service/Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities of the HVAC Service/Sales Manager:

- Manage and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring top-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving repeat business and referrals.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and quality control, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service/Sales Manager, with a deep understanding of commercial HVAC systems.
- Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to grow service revenue.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Must be local to the area.
