Qualifications Assistant Store Management Experience. Demonstrated success as a retail assistant manager in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments, consistently driving results and elevating team performance through hands‑on leadership. Exceptional Leadership & Business Acumen. Strong ability to recruit, inspire and develop top talent to deliver outstanding results and foster an energetic, collaborative atmosphere. Outstanding Communication & Interpersonal Skills. History of building trust, clarity and enthusiasm across teams and clients. Adept at delivering constructive feedback and facilitating open dialogue to support growth and high performance. Passion for Coaching & Development. On‑site work at 30 Mall Drive West, Jersey City, NJ 07310, United States (US). Availability. Availability including evenings, weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, and work in a fragrance‑filled environment. Must be able to handle and apply products to clients—with or without accommodation. Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $75,700 – $92,750. Actual base salary offered depends on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications and geographic location. Eligible employees may also earn bonuses. Caring Community.
