You'll be one of the hires of the business team, which means you're not inheriting a system - you'll help build it. This is hands-on, execution-first work. You'll be in the field talking to customers, building a team, measuring what converts, and shipping improvements weekly. The founder is hands-on and will help you build this - strategy, hiring, systems, all of it. Direct feedback from the market. What You'll Do Lead on the ground - you're in the field with the team refining the pitch and understanding what resonates. Build the team - recruit and lead a small group of interns doing execution; teach them the playbook Own the numbers - track daily performance, spot patterns, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does Build the playbook - systematize processes so they scale without you Work directly with the founder on strategy and direction Who We're Looking For You get things done and take ownership. You're comfortable talking to anyone and can persuade them. You're competitive, scrappy, and want to win. You have 1–4 years of real experience in startups, operations, sales, or growth. You've shipped something. You've missed targets and learned from it. You know what execution actually means. You're based in SF or ready to relocate. This role is in-person.
