Here are some of the responsibilities of our Residential Home Appliance Installer position:
- Delivery : Load and unload appliances from box trucks, and deliver items from a warehouse or central store to residentials homes
- Mechanical aptitude : Perform mechanical adjustments on door removals and reinstallation regarding residential doors, screen doors
- Customer service : Provide excellent customer service and care during delivery and installation
- Safety : Ensure all lifting is done, report any health, fire, or safety concerns
- Maintenance : Maintain safe, organized, and clean work areas and work vehicles
Skills and qualifications that are required for our Delivery & Installation Trainee position include:
- Pass a background (REQUIRED)
- Clean driving history
- Able to obtain a DOT card (DOT Physical Exam) only for advancement
- Work Saturdays
- Time management
- Safety Conscious
- Technology competence
- Mechanical skills
- Ability to safely lift 75 pounds on a repetitive basis
