Job Description
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a long-term care setting. This role involves providing high-quality patient care and support in a mixed patient population, including memory care, dementia, and orthopedic cases.

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care and assist with daily living activities.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor and document patient progress and any changes in condition.
Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide optimal care.
Participate in building orientation and training related to patient lifts and care protocols.

Shifts:

Available shifts: 8-hour and 12-hour shifts.
Weekend and holiday requirements: Every other weekend and holiday.

Requirements:

Current and valid LPN license.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.
