Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Ohio PTA license
• Home Health experience

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days weekly
• Coverage area includes Lucas and surrounding counties
