The hotel laundry supervisor manages daily laundry room operations, oversees staff performance, and maintains inventory quality. Key duties include scheduling workers, inspecting linen cleanliness, and ensuring industrial equipment runs safely and efficiently.

• Operations: Direct sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding of hotel linens, terry, and staff uniforms.

• Staff Management: Train, schedule, and supervise laundry attendants, assigning daily workflow tasks.

• Quality Control: Inspect finished textiles, discarding worn or stained items to meet presentation standards.

• Inventory & Safety: Monitor stock levels for chemicals and supplies, reporting equipment maintenance issues and enforcing safety rules.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of commercial laundry or housekeeping experience, often requiring 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Physical Skills: Ability to stand for long shifts, push heavy carts, and lift up to 25–50 pounds.

• Soft Skills: Strong organization, team leadership, and communication abilities with a flexible schedule for weekends and holidays.
