Dental Biller (In-Office)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Biller onsite in Mount Pleasant, Texas . The Dental Biller will be responsible for submitting insurance claims, posting payments, following up on outstanding accounts, resolving claim denials, and ensuring accurate patient billing.

Responsibilities:

• Submit and track dental insurance claims
• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
• Post insurance and patient payments accurately
• Follow up on unpaid, denied, or delayed claims
• Work aging reports and reduce outstanding accounts receivable
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status
• Assist patients with billing questions and payment arrangements
• Maintain accurate patient and insurance records

This is an in-office position with opportunities for growth in a patient-focused and team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of dental billing experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental insurance plans, CDT codes, and claim processing
• Experience with dental practice management software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
