Echo Cardiogram Technician - Cardiology - Per Diem 8 Hour Variable Shift (Union)

Under general supervision of the Clinical Director, the Echocardiogram Technologist is responsible for performing Cardiac Ultrasound procedures, including Transthoracic echocardiograms (including neonatal exams), Stress Echocardiograms (Treadmill and Dobutamine), assisting in Transesophageal Echocardiograms, and other cardiac tests such as EKG, Treadmill and pharmacological Stress Tests, according to established standards and protocols. Qualifications Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred experience: Minimal 2 years of Cardiac Ultrasound experience in a hospital setting. Certification: ARDMS/CCI certification required. Licence: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certificate required, BLS must be AHA certified. Benefits Hourly rate: $50.89.
