About the Role We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a General Laborer, you will support daily production operations by assisting with packaging, labeling, sanitation, and equipment support to ensure product quality, food safety, and efficient workflow in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Shift & Schedule Shift: 2nd Hours: 2:00PM – 10:30PM Compensation Hourly Rate: $18.00 – $19.25 Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing) Support production and packaging operations to meet daily output and quality goals Package, label, stack, and palletize finished bakery products according to specifications Maintain clean, organized work areas in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Assist with line changeovers and product transitions to support production flow Inspect products for quality defects and report issues promptly Follow all safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Collaborate with team members and supervision to ensure safe and efficient operations Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) Previous experience in food manufacturing or warehouse environments Basic understanding of English Aspire Bakeries LLC values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization.
