Job Title Training/Change Management Coordinator, Procure to Pay (P2P) Location BOSTON, MA, United States Position Type Full-Time / Regular Salary Salary Grade 46. Expected range: $48,100 to $76,900. Initial salary typically between $50,000 and $60,000, based on experience and budget. Overview Reports to the Associate Director of Shared Services. Responsible for developing and delivering training and change management programs to support the daily operations and strategy of the Procure to Pay department. Responsibilities Develop and implement a scalable training program for all P2P-related systems and best‑practice process methodologies using live and recorded sessions. Deliver a comprehensive communication program and manage the department website. Promote the P2P structure across BU to support a seamless customer and supplier experience. Maintain and update the Procure to Pay website via WordPress. Requirements B.A./B.S. in business, finance, accounting, management, nonprofit administration, or public administration. 1–3 years of experience demonstrating proficiency in public speaking, written and interpersonal communication, organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage concurrent projects, leadership vision, professionalism, good judgment, and integrity. Experience writing and publishing departmental newsletters and announcements. Experience with HTML‑based website publishing software (WordPress preferred). Experience with social media. Detail oriented, accuracy and quality of work output. Ability to work collaboratively in a small, collegial team environment. Self‑motivated, proactive, intellectually curious. Preferred: Experience in a Procure to Pay function with exposure to an eProcurement system such as SAP Ariba. Benefits Health, dental, life insurance and paid time off.
